The Human Resource Manager supports the Regional Human Resources Director with the management of day to day Human Resource services for Gordon Food Service (GFS) division. This role will coordinate best practices in employee relations, compensation, training and development, benefits, recruitment, succession planning and leadership development along with building other effective tools needed by GFS management.
